1.Transmission system adopts hydraulic torque converter with automatic continuously variable transmission and power shift gearbox to transmit power, which ensures the smooth start of the tire roller during work and driving, flexible shifting operation and efficient transmission. At the same time, the labor intensity of the operator is greatly reduced.
2.The front 5 tires and the rear 6 tires are arranged, and the wide base plane realizes the overlapping compaction effect, and the compaction effect is good.
3.Effectively control the compaction effect by increasing or decreasing the counterweight to improve work efficiency. 4.The front wheel of the rocking mechanism is adopted, which can effectively and uniformly compact the uneven working surface and improve the working efficiency.
5.Including two independent braking systems of service brake and parking brake. The service brake adopts gas-capped oil shoe brake, the total braking torque is more than 2 times larger than the ground friction torque, and the parking brake adopts the grinding disc spring brake .
