In order to prevent the drill pipe from falling into the hole, it is equipped with upper and lower clamping device. 1,Power head 
It is mainly composed of hydraulic motor and chuck, etc. The drill rig adopts full hydraulic chuck type power head to realize infinitely variable speed. By using the closed clamping principle of spring and single row centripetal thrust bearing, the reciprocating motion of slips is realized by designing reciprocating motion of hydraulic piston, so as to realize hydraulic chuck clamping and opening of drill pipe.
The hydraulic chuck is compact in structure, safe and reliable, and can be used for construction by holding large diameter drill pipe to increase the pile diameter, thus improving work efficiency.


2, Clamp 
The drilling rig adopts a four-position clamp structure, which is used in conjunction with the power head chuck to realize automatic disassembly and connection of the drill rod. The device adopts hydraulic oil cylinder to achieve clamping and loosening, with large clamping force and reliable working performance. The four-body gripper clamping is more reliable, easy to adjust, and improves the construction efficiency.
3, hyraulic system 
The hydraulic system adopts a unique dual transmission power design, each pump respectively supplies oil to the actuators in its own circuit to ensure the composite action.The main pump adopts constant power load sensitive plunger pump to transfer the main power for power head rotation and clamping device clamping;The auxiliary pump adopts the constant pressure gear pump, which mainly supplies oil to other oil cylinders, so that the flow can be distributed to each working device of the system according to the demand, so as to achieve the best dynamic matching under different working conditions.The main components of the hydraulic system of drilling rig are imported famous brands.
