1.Adopt closed-loop vibration hydraulic system. Double frequency and double amplitude, scientific and reasonable static line load and excitation force configuration, ensure the effective compaction of various materials and thicknesses of the road surface.
2.The vibration pump adopts imported heavy-duty variable displacement plunger pump, the vibration system is electronically controlled, and the operation is simple, ensuring the reliability and flexibility of the vibration system. All hydraulic components are from Linde, Germany.
3.The vibrating drum adopts a new structure of proprietary technology, which completely solves the oil leakage/oil leakage problem of the vibrating drum, and realizes the high eccentric mass, high exciting force and high static line pressure of the vibrating drum.
4.The vibration chamber is equipped with a unique lubricating device, which can lubricate the vibration bearing well. The special vibration bearing for road roller is adopted, which has high limit speed, large rated load and long service life.
