Power system
GR135 III adopts DCEC 6BT5.9-C130-II turbo-charging diesel engine, GR135C adopts imported Cumins J-XZGR135-QSB4.5; the output torque and power reserve coefficient are large, and the oil consumption is low.
Transmission system
The transmission system consists of hydraulic torque converter, power gear shift gearbox, transmission shaft, as well as rear axle and rear wheel.
The gearbox and torque converter refer to YD13 electrically-controlled power gear shift and dead axle type gearbox produced by Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group Co., Ltd. The torque converter is characterized by large torque conversion coefficient, high efficiency and efficient zone width, and they possess good joint operation characteristics in case of being matched with engine. The gearbox refers to six gears of advance and three gears of retreat, with neutral gear startup protection function; the gear is converted to electro-hydraulic control, with flexile manipulation; there is no impact during the gear shifting, the speed ratio distribution is reasonable, meeting requirements of various operation conditions.
The drive axle refers to rear axle produced by Meritor; the rear axle adopts balanced suspension mode to guarantee even load of four wheels, which is in favor of fully exerting its attachment force. The main transmission of rear axle is mounted with "NO-SPIN" self-locking differential mechanism. When wheels of one side are skidding, wheels of the other side are still able to transmit their original torque. Therefore, no matter how the pavement is, it can guarantee that the complete machine has sufficient traction force.
Braking system
The braking system consists of service braking system (i.e. foot braking) and parking braking system (i.e. hand braking).
The service brake refers to dual-loop hydraulic braking system, and acts on four middle and rear wheels of grader, and the breaking is safe and reliable. The parking braking system consists of manipulator and brake.
Front axle
The front axle refers to steering axle. The axle body can swing towards left and right. Besides steering of front wheels, this machine also adopts articulated frame, which can further reduce the turning radius.
Operation device
The operation device consists of traction frame, rotary bearing, scraper and angular position device. The front end of traction frame is a spherical hinge, which is articulated with front end of the frame, so the traction frame can rotate and swing in any direction surrounding the spherical hinge. The rotary ring is supported on the traction frame, and it can rotate surrounding the traction frame under the driving of rotary drive device, thus driving the rotating of scraper. The upper and lower sliding rails at the back of scraper are supported on chute of angular position devices on both sides, so as to slide laterally under the pushing of lateral sliding oily cylinder of scraper. The scraper changes the soil scraping angle, and the changing angle reaches forward 40°and backward 5°.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of three parts: a) operation hydraulic system; b) steering hydraulic system; c) service braking system: the travel braking system refers to dual-loop hydraulic system, and it acts on four rear wheels of grader. They include gear pump, braking valve, oil filling valve, energy accumulator and braking sub-pump, and are used to control the travel braking.
Machine hood
The machine hood adopts structural members, which are artistic and smooth in appearance; both side doors are opened, and the overall hood can be turned over, thus improving maintainability.
Cab's internal decorative pieces and electrical apparatus
The cab refers to enclosed cab, and is configured with air conditioning system, and its internal decorative pieces are compression molding parts with smooth appearance, which fully represents the demand of ergonomics. The electrical system of this machine consists of instrument board, maneuvering box, wire harness, detection sensor, various lighting and travel indication lamps. It can control engine's running, grader's driving, various lighting and travel indication lamps, windscreen wipers and horn. In addition, it can monitor the engine, torque converter, hydraulic system, braking system, charging and discharging of storage battery and various kinds of cores, so as to make the driver master running status of the complete machine, and send out alarm signal to remind the driver of being careful in case of any abnormal situation.
